Mr. Varga is the Principal Broker and President of Enterprise Realty Services, Inc., a firm specializing in land, retail, commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties in suburban Washington, DC. Mr. Varga’s practice includes site inspection services, regulatory and infrastructure information support, contract negotiation, land development, and project management. In addition to brokerage and land development, Mr. Varga performs general real estate advisory services.
Since 1999, Mr. Varga has specialized in residential development and retail properties including direct investment, acquisition and joint development of select sites. In 1993, Mr. Varga established Enterprise Realty Services, Inc. providing specialized real estate services to a limited number of selective clients, maintaining a reputation as one of the premier and most knowledgeable land brokers in the business.
From 1987 to 1992, Mr. Varga created his land sales and development practice which included serving as Vice President of The Brandywine Companies, where he was Director of Real Estate. He was directly responsible for land development projects of over 1,000 acres in 12 separate industrial and residential properties of $20,000,000 of aggregate value on a cost basis, including the acquisition, feasibility, and closing for the 600,000 sq.ft. Montgomery-Ward regional distribution center. Prior to his tenure with The Brandywine Companies, Mr. Varga began his real estate career with First Capital Realty and First Washington Development as a sales agent specializing in land and shopping centers.
From 1978 to 1987, Mr. Varga worked for Ingersoll-Rand Company, a Multinational engineering/ manufacturing firm serving the Oil and Energy Industries. He spent four years in Texas as a sales engineer to Bechtel, Aramco, Exxon, etc. and subsequently was promoted to Director of International Sales for the Middle East and served four years at the Persian Gulf headquarters.
Mr. Varga has real estate brokerage licenses for The District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, where he has closed over $600,000,000 of commercial real estate transactions and sold over 4,000 acres of raw land. He is an active member of the Building Industry Association (BIA). Mr. Varga received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (cum laude) from the University of Maryland.
